Right of Withdrawal
This is a translation for convenience. The German version is legally binding.
Applies to consumers (§ 13 BGB) entering into a paid plan. Businesses and legal persons under public law have no right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the withdrawal function at app.plagiatgpt.com/widerruf. If you use this online function, we will send you, without delay, an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information on the content of the withdrawal notice and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.
If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided until the point in time at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal expires early in the case of a contract for the provision of services, upon full performance of the service, if you have, before the start of performance,
- expressly agreed that we begin performance of the service before the withdrawal period has expired, and
- confirmed your knowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost upon our full performance of the contract.
